do you sell alcohol?
No, we do not sell alcohol of any kind. We can either:
– Serve the alcohol that has already been purchased by the host of the event. We can provide staffing and permitting assistance if necessary. OR
– Hire a bartending service that’s offers you a complete bar package that includes staffing, permitting/insurance, and procurement of all alcohol.
Are you equipped to serve beverages on tap?
No! Our Horse Trailer bars are not tapped but they do have room for kegs and taps.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes, we carry General Liability insurance to cover each event we serve. We provide General Liability for our trailers. General Liability and Liquor Liability Insurance is required when serving any alcoholic beverages from the trailers to protect you and your event.
Where do you travel to?
We currently serve all over the East Texas and surrounding areas. 25 miles of travel is included originating from the Gilmer area. We can accommodate further distances for an additional .43 per mile.
How Much Does It Cost?
Renting the Horse Trailer bars is a fixed price of $875 for 5 hours. The final quote is based on extra mileage and added duration of the event. Contact us to get a quote for your event.
What are the dimensions of the Horse Trailer bars?
Horse Trailer bars are 11 feet long including the hitch, 7.5 wide x 8ft tall. Trailers can fit, almost anywhere outdoors and need 8 ft clearance with a large overhead door to fit indoors.
What do you need to setup bar service?
The Horse Trailer bars requires flat ground for setup and service. We’ll also need clear access leave the setup location. We begin setup 1-2 hours before the scheduled start time. Horse Trailer Bars WILL REQUIRE an electrical power supply (provided by client) outlet within 100 ft. of the bar/trailer location. Sufficient access to the venue prior to the start of the event shall be provided to assemble the required equipment.
Do you provide Horse Trailer bars for parties without alcohol?
Absolutely, we are happy to provide our mobile bar for any type of event.
Can I rent the Horse Trailer bars for a photo shoot?
Yes! We’re happy to bring our trailer to you for a stylized shoot.
Do you have a Rain Date Policy?
We cannot accommodate rain dates for your event due to our advance bookings. The host is responsible for event weatherproofing.
What does dry hire mean?
We are a dry hire bar. Dry hire means that you, the customer, must purchase the alcohol you’d like us to serve at your private event.
